Run your books
- Sales and billsDraft, approve and issue invoices and credits, record bills with their receipts, and record payments.
- Reconcile a bank statementImport a CSV or OFX statement, match each line to your books, and finish when the difference is $0.00.
- Journals and correctionsPrepare a balanced entry, have someone else post it, and correct a posted entry with a reversal.
- Close the monthPass the checklist, finish the review tasks, lock the month and download the accountant package.
- Agent workGive the agent you already use a token; it proposes matches and entries and a person approves each one.
Keep your books
- People and rolesOwner, bookkeeper, accountant and viewer, the post, lock and reopen grants, and who may approve what.
- Move in from QuickBooks OnlinePreview seven QuickBooks Online exports and their tie-outs, import them as staged records, and sign them off.
